Policies and Fees

 

  • Educational Assessment:  Includes initial interview, testing sessions, educational report, and follow-up feedback meeting @$565.00.   

 

  • Educational Therapy sessions and consultation per  hour @ $65.00. 

                           

  • Attendance and Cancellation of appointments.  A time period is set aside weekly for your child; please call  24 hours in advance to reschedule.   

 

  • Missed scheduled sessions result in charge for full session.   Late pick up of students result in late charge per hour or part thereof.

 

  • Payment Schedule: Assessment and/or monthly charge are due the first session of the month.   Additional services including school meetings, phone consultation, and reports are billed per quarter hour.

 

  • Termination of service: Two weeks notice in advance of termination is appreciated.
